We understand that not everyone is the same and that we all come in different shapes and sizes. We also recognise that's its tricky picking out clothing online. If you find, for example, that one of our dresses just isn't for you, don't worry. As long as you return it to us in a resalable condition, we will refund you the price of the dress immediately.


Please read our returns policy:     

We promise to refund any item,excluding delivery charge, that you are unhappy with when returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your Invoice.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

We will not refund any items that are damaged, soiled, smell of smoke or any other odour. Items will be returned to original delivery address immediately at a cost to sender. 

Please follow the below process for returning your items to us:

Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

Fill in the return slip and include it with the returned item. 

Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a receipt.

Unfortunately does not offer an exchange. All items returned within the correct time frame will receive a refund. If you need an item in a different size or colour you will have to place a new order.


Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item or an incorrect item, we will refund you the cost of the item and the original postage price when you placed your order. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice.
